General Undertakings of Money-Bazaar.com
The sole purpose of this website is facilitating the purchase, sale and exchange of e-currencies from/to money. The customer is solely for the usage of e-currencies purchased, sold or exchanged with us.
In order to be able to process your order in timely manner we will require you to provide valid and accurate information. The customer is solely responsible for all payments, even if the instructions provided by customer are incorrect. Please be careful when writing your e-currency account number and name, because payments are final and irreversible.
Money-Bazaar.com reserves the right to refuse service to particular individuals or entities, at our sole discretion, with or without cause. Money-Bazaar.com reserves the right to report any fraudulent or suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
The order is completed in 48hours, except weekends, after the funds are fully cleared and the e-currency is delivered to the customers e-currency account provided when placing the order on Money-Bazaar.com. Customers must be aware that the electronic transfer of e-currency into the wrong e-currency account given by the customer are not reversible.
The customer must comply with all local, municipal, state, provincial, federal, and international laws and regulations regarding tax, internet related activities, e-commerce and e-currency transactions.
Payments sent to Money-Bazaar.com must be legal funds (not implicated in money laundering or other illegal activity) of the exact amount specified in the customer's order.
We consider the received funds/e-currencies the net amounts excluding banking/e-currencies transfer fees. If the amount received is different than the ordered value, your order is adjusted accordingly.
Payments sent to Money-Bazaar.com are FINAL and IRRERSIBLE. If you change your mind AND YOUR ORDER HASN’T BEEN COMPLETED, you will be refunded less any bank or financial institution transaction fees, in the same way the funds were received.
The customer hereby indemnifies and agrees at all times to hold Money-Bazaar.com harmless from and against all losses, demands, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable legal costs) and liabilities arising from any third party claim resulting from your use or misuse of the Money-Bazaar.com payment system, or for harm suffered directly or indirectly by Money-Bazaar.com as a result of your breach or non-observance of your obligations under this Agreement.
Money-Bazaar.com will not be responsible for delays or failures in the transmission, receipt or execution of orders, remittances, payments or information due to events or systems beyond its control. The obligations of this agreement precede any government enactment. Money-Bazaar.com, its owners, employees, agents or affiliates will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury resulting from any event or system beyond its control.

Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that Money-Bazaar.com is solely providing e-currencies and you further acknowledge that some limitation of liability on Money-Bazaar.com's part is reasonable and customary in an Agreement such as this.
Accordingly, you agree that:
a) The usage of the e-currencies bought from Money-Bazaar.com does not involve any assumption of responsibility or investigation as to those merchants' dealings with any particular costumers and you therefore deal with Participating Merchants entirely at your own risk;
b) The delay or failure of e-currencies systems is beyond our responsibility;
c) Money-Bazaar.com shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or consequential loss or damage arising from any delay or failure to carry out Money-Bazaar.com's obligations under this Agreement, any loss of profits, business, revenue or opportunity.

Money-Bazaar.com may contain information and services provided by third parties and links (including advertisements) to websites made available by third parties. Money-Bazaar.com provides these only as a convenience to users of this website, does not control this information or these services, or web sites and does not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding this information or these services, or websites.
Money-Bazaar.com is not affiliated to, nor does endorse merchants accepting as a payment method e-currencies. If our banner or link appears on any such websites this is merely an advertisement of our services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law provision or rule that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than such applicable in Belize. You hereby consent to, and agree to bring any and all claims in, the exclusive jurisdiction of law courts located in Belize City, Belize, for any action or proceeding arising under or relating to this Agreement, this website, or the use of, or reliance on, this website.

Declaration
I am of legal age (in my country of residence, to sign a legally binding contract) and of a sound mind. I have read through Money-Bazaar.com Terms and Conditions (and related web pages) and understand the requirements for buying, selling or exchanging e-currencies. I further declare that after Money-Bazaar.com delivers my e-currency to the given e-currency account mentioned in the order, I am sole responsible for their usage and storage.
I further declare that my business activities are legal, ethical and legitimate and understand that I may be prosecuted if I maliciously deceive and abuse the services offered by Money-Bazaar.com.
