No, your cashU payment account does not expire. However, there is an annual maintenance fee of USD 1.00 charged to your account. If the balance on your account is less than USD 1.00 on the date of charging the maintenance fee, your account will be automatically deactivated.

I received a cashU e-paid card in my Inbox. What should I do?
When you receive an email with a cashU e-paid card, click on the link inside the email message to view your card. Using your computer mouse, scratch the gray area to find your e-paid card number.
Logged into your cashU payment account, click on 'Add Funds' and then on 'cashU Prepaid Cards'. Enter the e-paid card number on the next page and funds will be added to your payment account instantly.

Can I transfer funds directly from one cashU payment account to another?
Transferring funds from one cashU payment account to another is not available in a direct way. However, cashU allows you to issue e-paid cards from your account and send them to anyone who has an email address. The recipient then can use the e-paid card to fund their own cashU payment account.
To activate this service inside your cashU payment account, please provide cashU Support with a scanned copy of your ID documents (Passport, ID card, ...).

How can I issue an e-paid card from my cashU payment account?
After you provide our Support Team with a scanned copy of your ID documents and get the service activated inside your cashU payment account, click on 'Transfers' and then on 'E-paid Cards'. On the next page, enter the value of the e-paid card you wish to send and the recipient's email address.

Do cashU e-paid cards expire?
cashU e-paid cards expire 90 days after the day of issuing.
